01Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to deliver our services effectively:

a) Personal Information

• Full name
• Phone number / WhatsApp number
• Email address
• Residential or project site address
• City and pincode

b) Project & Service Information

• Scope of work (interior, landscape, civil, painting, modular furniture, etc.)
• Property type and size
• Design preferences, references, and inspirations shared by you
• Photographs or videos of your site (shared by you or captured during site visits)
• Budget range and project timeline

c) Payment Information

• Site visit charges, advance / project confirmation amount, and milestone payments
• UPI ID, bank transaction reference numbers, or cheque details
• GST number (for business / commercial clients)

We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or banking passwords. All payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways or direct bank channels.

d) Technical & Website Information

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, and click behaviour on our website
• Cookies and tracking pixels (see Section 8)

02How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Responding to enquiries received via our website, WhatsApp, calls, or social media
• Scheduling and conducting site visits
• Preparing quotations, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations
• Coordinating with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors
• Executing the project and managing day-to-day site operations
• Sending project updates, invoices, receipts, and follow-up reminders
• Marketing, promotional offers, and newsletters (only with your consent)
• Complying with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations under Indian law

03Service Charges, Site Visit Fees & Project Confirmation

By engaging SkilledHubPartners, you acknowledge and accept the following billing terms. The detailed refund policy is set out separately in Section 4 below.

a) Site Visit Charges

We charge a site visit fee that varies based on the distance from our nearest branch (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, or Nanded) to the client's project location. The applicable site visit charge will be communicated to you in advance and must be paid before the scheduled visit. This fee covers travel, time, and the on-site consultation provided by our designer or project manager.

b) Project Confirmation Amount — ₹10,000

To confirm and initiate any project with SkilledHubPartners, the client is required to pay a Project Confirmation Fee of ₹10,000. Against this amount, we provide:

• Detailed 2D drawings (floor plans, layouts, working drawings)
• Realistic 3D visualizations / renders of the proposed design
• Initial design consultation and revisions as agreed

c) Advance & Milestone Payments

Once the project is confirmed, the client is required to pay an advance and subsequent milestone-based payments as per the agreed quotation. These funds are utilised toward material procurement, manpower deployment, vendor advances, transportation, and other on-ground project expenses.

04Refund & Cancellation Policy

By making any payment to SkilledHubPartners, the client confirms full understanding and acceptance of the following refund policy:

a) Strictly Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever:

• Site Visit Charges — once the visit has been scheduled or completed.
• Project Confirmation Fee of ₹10,000 — as this amount covers the design effort, 2D drawings, and 3D visualization work delivered against this payment.

No refund, full or partial, shall be claimable on the above two amounts under any condition, including project cancellation by the client.

b) Refund on Advance & In-Progress Payments

If, after paying the project advance or any milestone payment, the client chooses to cancel, withdraw, or discontinue our services for any reason, SkilledHubPartners will process a refund of the balance amount only, calculated as follows:

"Service Charges & Expenses Incurred" shall include, but is not limited to:

• Design, drafting, and 3D rendering work completed till date
• Project management, supervision, and coordination charges
• Materials already purchased, delivered, or non-returnable
• Advances paid to contractors, carpenters, vendors, or suppliers
• Labour wages already paid for work executed on site
• Transportation, logistics, and site mobilisation costs
• Custom fabrication work (modular furniture, false ceiling, woodwork, etc.) already initiated or completed
• Cancellation charges levied by vendors or contractors due to client withdrawal
• Any other documented out-of-pocket expense incurred for the project

c) Refund Process

• The cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to hello@skilledhubpartners.com.
• Our accounts team will prepare a detailed reconciliation statement showing total amount received, expenses incurred, service charges deducted, and the net refundable amount.
• The reconciliation statement will be shared with the client for review and acknowledgement.
• Once acknowledged, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 15 to 30 working days.

d) No Refund Cases

No refund shall be processed if:

• The total expenses + service charges equal or exceed the amount paid by the client.
• The cancellation is requested after the project has been substantially completed.
• The client has caused damage, undue delay, or non-cooperation that resulted in additional costs to the company.
• The cancellation is due to reasons attributable to the client (such as change of mind, financial issues, family decisions, etc.) where the company has already mobilised resources.

e) Final Authority

All decisions regarding the calculation of expenses, applicable service charges, and the final refundable amount shall rest with the management of SkilledHubPartners, based on documented records and bills. Any dispute arising shall be governed as per Section 14 of this Policy.

05How We Share Your Information

We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. However, we may share limited information with:

• Our internal team — designers, project managers, site supervisors, and accounts staff who need it to deliver your project.
• Contractors & vendors — empanelled carpenters, electricians, painters, modular furniture suppliers, and material vendors, only to the extent required for execution.
• Payment processors & banks — for processing transactions.
• Government & legal authorities — when required by law, court order, GST/Income Tax compliance, or to protect our legal rights.
• Service providers — such as hosting, CRM, email, and analytics tools that help us run our business (bound by confidentiality).

06Project Photographs & Marketing Use

We may photograph and video-record completed (and in-progress) projects for our portfolio, website gallery, social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), advertisements, and marketing material. We will:

• Avoid sharing the client's name, address, or contact details publicly without permission.
• On request, blur or omit any personal identifiers visible in the imagery.

If you do not wish your project to be used for marketing purposes, please inform us in writing at hello@skilledhubpartners.com before project commencement.

07Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include:

• Secure password-protected systems and CRM access
• Encrypted cloud storage for project files and documents
• Restricted access — only authorised employees can view client data
• Regular review of vendor and contractor confidentiality

However, no system is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information at your own risk.

08Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Improve your browsing experience
• Remember preferences and form data
• Analyse website traffic via tools such as Google Analytics
• Show relevant advertisements (via Meta Pixel, Google Ads, etc.)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may not function properly.

09Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies separately.

10Data Retention

We retain your personal and project information only as long as necessary for:

• The duration of your project plus the warranty / after-service period
• Statutory accounting, GST, and income-tax compliance (typically 7–8 years as per Indian law)
• Legal dispute resolution, if any

After this period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

11Your Rights

As a client or website visitor, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
• Opt out of having your project featured in marketing material

12Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review it periodically.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as applicable). Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
